I would like to take this time to personally THANK Gabriela Ribot. She is the BEST. Her customer service was nothing less than AMAZING. She is so passionate with the way she treats her clients that she absolutely goes the EXTRA MILE. I was in desperate need of a new car and she assisted me with finding the best policy around. When i got to the dealership ... she worked after works with me assuring me that i would be assisted to completion. She was able to get EVERYTHING done, and her attention to detail was impecable. I honestly felt as if I was being helped by a family member with the way she treated my case with such compassion. When i call moving forward I ONLY WANT HER!!!! ESTRELLA IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER.

I enjoy doing business with Estrella Insurance. Beatriz called me before renewal and even got me a better rate. She was polite and professional in answering all my questions related to the auto policy. I strongly recommend them for your insurance needs.

Worst place to do business. I am in the industry, and I have never been so rudely spoken to in my career by an insurance agent. Nobody speaks English and everything is an argument. My advice: use a real insurance company like GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, State Farm, etc. you get what you pay for - and these people have cheap rates.....

Never had such a perfect experience with an insurance agency or any other company, to be honest. GABRIELA got me a price w progressive that they themselves couldn’t get me. She worked tirelessly to make transfer happen. She was always on top of it maintaining me informed. She’s nice, knowledgeable and highly professional. She returned calls within minutes and took care of everything. She’s a total asset to this office. If you need information or need a policy, be sure to call Gabriela. She’ll take great care of you. Oh, and she’s perfectly bilingual speaking Spanish and English perfectly.
