I desperately needed to find another auto insurance policy. I googled places in Madison and on the local Facebook group people were giving this place pretty good reviews.. Will, the representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly and he helped me find another company and now I'm going to be saving lots more money for the same coverage. Thank you very much for your efforts!

We're very helpful and nice in the beginning but took a turn after we canceled our insurance with them. When we called yo have it canceled they said that they canceled it before getting off the phone however we received a bill for the month after cancelation. When calling on it they couldn't tell us why we received a bill and pretty much just gave up on trying to find out why. Turns out they didn't cancel it right somehow and now I'm having to deal with a debt collector on this mess. Avoid Estheimer. Zero stars if I could.

Would give zero stars if I could!!!!! Insurance buyers beware! My insurance was canceled without notice ! Was told only my daughter would be removed from policy per voicemail and my return call. Said I would receive cancellation notice in mail noting my daughters cancellation from policy. Fast forward 2 months and find out my whole auto insurance policy had been canceled. Not one claim ever ! Now I have lapse in insurance and Estheimer doubles my rates due to their incompetence! Take it from me, if you don’t want headaches shop for insurance elsewhere!!!

Cody is great! He goes out of his way to get you what you need in an insurance policy. He has an excellent personality! Thanks Cody for yet another wonderful experience!

Got renewed and added new policy for us. Will did great job explaining different policy. I recommend all shall stop by.
