Rude and I had to hound them on a new coverage I wanted. Ended up going somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend.

I've never in my life stood up and walked out of someone's office until today. While attempting to buy insurance with Mr. Erny, he made an inappropriate comment about my wife, who was also present. He's lucky I didn't punch him right there. He then went on to make several racist comments. That's when we left. I encourage you never do business with this guy. Terrible.

Called to get a quote and the agent was unprofessional. She had a demeaning tone and attitude. If this is how they answer quote questions, how do you think they treat clients!!
