“Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!!” Haha I can finally say that now I am part of the state farm family. It’s not just a jingle. I worked with Trinity on 2 occasions for my Sons policy and my home and auto policy. Both times she was extremely helpful, thorough and super responsive. She went over my policy line by line and ensured I had the right coverage and at a fantastic rate. Her customer service was outstanding and her patience was exceptional. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Had a great experience setting up insurance with Kassie, who's the receptionist for Erik Langhofer. I got the best car insurance quote I've had in years! I came across Erik Langhofer after submitting a quote request to third party app that sends out my info to a bunch of different insurance agencies. This office was the FIRST to give a quote, had the best communication and were the kindest and most professional. I was initially reached out by text, then a call, but they were happy to continue communicating over text. Win for me. I'm a huge introvert and hate talking on the phone. Introvert friendly!
