Terrible, beyond belief. When I bought insurance, I told the agent that I wanted my house completely covered and I even got replacement on all items. We ended up having our oil company Mid-Penn burst our oil tank in our basement. We came home to a terrible mess and a home we couldn't live in. Gleghorn did NOTHING. Never returned a call, asked how we were, did we need a temporary home. I mean NOTHING. We finally had an insurance adjuster come and stated that in our policy they didn't cover us because oil was a "pollutant" and I should have read the small print and deducted that in our 40 page home-owners guide. But because we had replacement value they would take the cement floor out but not replace it. I'm still trying to figure this one out. Worse part is the agent even knew tha

After having one of their insured individuals hit my car, tried to short me a thousand in repair cost, very misleading throughout the process , i have been calling and emailing for the past 2 weeks and have been completely ignored. If you have to deal with joyce… good luck

Great place to get insurance .they will explain things well and tell u how u can save money while still keeping good civerage.also have to understand that cut rate insurance is just that cut rate ..
