We moved over to Erica Gallon Agency from another carrier that we were unsatisfied with and found them to be very helpful and the rates are in line with our driving history and discounts were applied. I am a retired insurance professional and I understand what quality service looks like. We have our home and autos insured with the agency and we could not be happier.

Their workers are really friendly and polite. I got my answer and they even provided me with extra information that I didn't need. Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and I will continue to use them.
