Good hands at Eric Hester Allstate, my neighbors and your loyal client, US veteran Mr. David Hornsby and his wife Valerie are authors of this review. When the Hornsby family van was stolen late last year, I knew they had coverage with you guys!! I offered support as a neighbor and shared past experience with them (I've had a vehicle stolen in 2018, it was a lengthy process). For several months, I have shuttled my neighbors to work, medical appointments, grocery store ect whenever I am available. Last night, they asked me to post a review about this experience. Allstate promises to handle the mayhem for their customers, If someone would kindly reach out to Valerie Hornby with further assistance with their claim, it would be much appreciated.

Raquel was very helpful and patient with my policy renewals. Was also able to reduce the cost compared to last year.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hester and his team this week. They were all very helpful and friendly, definitely felt like part of the family with them. Mrs. Hobbs and Mrs. Sanchez were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to find a policy with good coverage for my corvette. It’s my baby and I feel comfortable knowing it’s safe with their coverage.

They answer my emails on a timely manner and make sure that everything is taken care of. They are on the ball. I highly recommend this office.
