The office staff he has there are very competent and exude an aura of kindness and understanding that makes you glad to walk into or call their office. Ms. Kayla is who I mostly deal with and she is amazing.

THIS AGENT IS VERY UNSTABLE!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! HE IS OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER AND YET SPEAKS WITH NO HOME TRAINING!! I FEEL SORRY FOR HIS WIFE AND FAMILY WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH HIS VERBAL ABUSE!!! FOR SOMEONE HIGH UP IN THIS COMPANY HE NEEDS TO BE BETTER TRAINED OR BETTER YET REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO NEEDS THE JOB!!! HE NEEDS A PYSCH EVAL BEFORE CONTINUING TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE!
