Kyle with SF has been extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I’ve had a very busy schedule, but he never gave up on me. I was a State Farm customer with the same agent for over 25 years and left State Farm approximately 3 years ago. I received a random call from a State Farm agent name Jake... Yep it was Jake but not the State Farm Jake. 😂 However Jake and i talked and I explained to him why i had moved on but kept his number ultimately calling him back several months later for a quote. My wife and I ended up switching our homeowners and auto policies. Two months after signing with Eric Ortega' State Farm group we received a call requesting a virtual meeting which was definitely different. Our virtual went very well and I liked the personable one on one. Today's time you rarely ever see that approach in customer service. Jake was great in bringing my wife and i back to State Farm. Eric was pleasant as well.

I love working with Eric's office, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I just moved from GA and Jake made my transition very easy, he also got me a lower payment with more benefits. I am an older person who has dealt with many insurance companies and this is the first time that I felt good about my choice. I would recommend Eric's office anytime.
