We have been working with Eric’s office for about 15 years, and I would recommend him to anyone for their insurance needs. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable and caring towards their clients. Eric will educate you on the correct policies to use, and why. He will also help you review your policies to find better options as time goes on, or ways to save money on premiums. He only keeps the best people in his office so you know that you’re in the best hands, regardless of who happens to pick up the phone. We recently changed our State Farm agent to Eric Lenahan's office. We were not happy with the level of service and communication with our prior State Farm Agent in LA County, which we had for close to 12 years. Eric Lenahan's office made the transition of 12 separate policies seamless and easy peasy. Which included selling two properties, and purchasing a new vehicle this year. I mostly deal with Steven, and oh my goodness, he is so on it! He replies quickly, and is ever so kind and accommodating, I appreciate his unbelievably kind, positive and can-do attitude.
