Eric Hurst: Allstate Insurance

I no Like this Agency. Eric no treat me good! Tell me I must pay more. My premium went up $100. dollars a month. He no have good service either me and my friend have found better rate and service at Great Basin Insurance: Allstate Insurance

When I first called about an accident driving a family members vehicle, the woman I spoke to wasn’t very knowledgeable when trying to explain how the coverage would work. I was about to spend $2,000 cash when I called and spoke to Eric Hurst who was very knowledgeable and after conversing with the two insurance companies I ended up only paying the $500 deductible. I am very impressed with Eric and how it actually feels like he is trying to help rather than only worrying about saving the insurance company money. I would highly recommend this agency and Allstate to anyone if you would like peace of mind. After all, “You are in good hands with Allstate!”

Twice I came into the office during the posted business hours, and no one was there. When I canceled my policy due to them raising rates from "inflation," I said I do not want the renters policy to auto renew. I was told it wouldn't. I got an email a few days ago telling me my policy was auto renewing. I emailed asking them to cancel and got a fairly rude reply back about how saving money is more important to me... not just me... but everyone.

I have been working with Eric for over 2 years. Insurance isn’t something I have a lot of interest in researching myself, so it’s nice to have someone I can rely on to make good coverage suggestions and to keep me on top of things.

Very difficult to get ahold of eric took me 7 days of calling (once a day) . He had the a horrible attitude like i was inconveniencing him when he called back. I informed him i had bought two new cars and need full coverage . He literally laughed and said "thats why i hired a helper im to busy to deal with this" i told him she couldnt help that sge said to speak with you. He told me to find a different insurance company. So after 5 years with Allstate im canceling my policy. Due to the lack of professionalism, condescending attitude, and blatant disregards for customer service i recieved from eric. (His helper is the nicest and most pleasant lady to deal with if she ran this place i would still be a customer)
