I first spoke with Jay when he introduced himself on a cold call. I asked where his office was located and was surprised to find out that it was only a few miles away. When I was finally able to stop at the office, I was treated warmly and professionally. My insurance was coming due and Jay was able to give me a better rate than my previous carriers. He then walked me through the change. If the rest of their customer service is this good, I'll be with them for a long time.
