Equity Insurance Underwriters

I'm not a customer. My mother in law's car was totaled by someone driving a car insured by these characters. She just spent the good part of 3 hours trying to put in a claim. No one would answer the phone and when she finally got a live person on the phone, the person said she couldn't hear her and hung up on her. Unbelievably bad service.

I want to give a special shout out to Kimberly, I want to tell you thank you publicly for coming to my house and helping my mom with her final expense life insurance. She was very professional and took her time to ensure that before she left everyone have coverage. She was able to break down a different life insurance products and we got five policies that date one for each person in the house. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Attempting to contact my adjuster for the past two weeks revealed they no longer work there. When I questioned the lack of a mass notification, the response was dismissive, citing the volume of claims. It's disheartening that basic procedures like transferring important documents were neglected, causing further delays. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

One of their policy holders totaled my car. This company does not respond. The staff is so rude. They do not care about the customer & every person I have ever spoken to including the adjustor are so annoyed to do their jobs that they are being paid for. PATRICK PEYAOU is the rudest person I've ever come across. He was assigned to be my adjustor & when I called for an update because this entire company does not respond or communicate- he told me he didn't know why he answered my call & then yelled at me for asking for an update. My claim is 3+ months old with no update. Do not get insurance from here & pray to God one of their policy holders do not hit your vehicle because you will be SOL. Horrible horrible company.

THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. If I could give no stars I would. I recently got into a car accident with an individual who received insurance through this company. I called Sunday and left a detailed message. Never received a response. Called Monday TWICE — no response. I called just now and the receptionist literally told me, “you called yesterday, this is not the equity insurance company, this is equity insurance underwriters. We are not them” so I proceeded to ask for clarity as when I googled “equity insurance company” .. equity insurance underwriters comes up .. she proceeded to cut me off from speaking and rudely said that her company was not the insurance company I was looking for and just hung up on me.
