Not responsive in getting my address updated, leading to me NOT receiving my insurance card. After requesting a change I still have not received any correspondence from them for at least 3 weeks now. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to personally meet their staff and I have been very disappointed in the way their behavior does not match their alleged company values. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Paperwork was lost, things weren't communicated, responses took more time than I believe it should have or could have. That delay in communication ended up costing a pretty penny that can't be refunded. I am sure they do a great job serving their corporate clients but I was not happy as the end recipient with the service.

The gentleman who took care of me very polite, respectful and efficient was a real help.
