Epic Insurance handles my home and auto policies and have always been great! Cindy recently helped me with a concern with my auto policy. She stayed in contact with me throughout, assuring me she was staying on top of it. In the end, everything worked out fine! Thank you for everything!!

I am hoping to save someone else from a similar experience. Cindy Kerr did an excellent job at finding me affordable coverage but the service stopped there. When I called I was frequently told that she was the only one in the office and didn’t have time to talk. I went through a horrible experience with a total loss claim that actually turned out to be recorded. When I tried to discuss the issue with Cindy she told me that she didn’t want to take sides and that my claims were hearsay, again ending the conversation by claiming she was alone in the office and did not have time to discuss my issue.
