I started insuring my house and car with Maron over 20 years ago, now known as EPIC. For around the first 10 or 15 years I got Excellent service. (Thank You Debbie and Pat) from the Southampton Office. I have Adirondack Insurance. Before I new it I was calling Adirondack with any questions or problems. Now Adirondack is owned by National General, so I call them with any questions and problems. What happened to the home town insurance agent that you got your insurance from in the first place? Now they are no longer in Southampton. So trying to get a hold of someone in the EPIC local office is not and option. You get someone from some where on Long Island or NY. I wanted to know why my insurance is so high. It went up a few hundred dollars per year. The answer I got is we can lower your insu

I've have worked with agents at Cook Maran for over 30 years. They have always been responsive and helpful, and have always followed up to make sure my issues have been resolved. Recently, they handled my report of a car accident on Memorial Day weekend so quickly and efficiently. Not only did they help get me to the person I needed to contact , Cook Maran called me at the end of the day (Saturday night of a holiday weekend) to make sure I was okay and the situation was under control. I couldn't have been more pleased.

In 2020 they raised my insurance $300. In 2021 they raised it $400. In 2022 they raise it another $500. I have had no claims and am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. Their actions and greed are unconscionable ! I switched to another company and right of the bat my homeowners went down $1200. EPIC are thieves.

Customer is always wrong attitude! Not Satisfied at all! Gave One Star due to the fact you cannot post a comment with 0 stars. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

They have been unable to find the best prices for my insurance needs. Also, completely messed up my home insurance!!
