Worst agent and worse place to have home owners insurance. They don't help for anything!!! We've emailed him many times and NO RESPONSE! We are canceling our insurance and going to Texas Farm Bureau or Farmers. 🤬

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON CORPORATE AND FRANCHISE LEVEL. I had to jump through hoops to get payment for my roof. All State San Benito is the worst of them all. I don’t understand how this company still has customers in San Benito. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

This is the worst insurance agency I ever deal with. They are dishonest and giving you one lower quote only to charge you later with higher bill even though you paid your bill in full with no explanation. Stay away from this company unless you want to be swindled later on.

I recently swapped my car for a new one. When I made the change, the agent on the phone asked for my billing information and billed me for the difference. Later I checked my app and there's a pending charge for 2x the normal rate. I called the local office and they promised to come back to me with an answer. Agents never called back knowing the charge is programmed to get drafted the next day. I called the local office, but they no longer answered by neither call or text. This is how you lose clients in this broad market.
