I will start with the positive. They sell cheap insurance. Here’s the part they leave out: I was sold a home insurance policy for a company they highly recommended to me, they set up the policy and that was that. I paid for the full year at once. Fast forward a year, all of a sudden my policy was cancelled due to non-payment. I got no notification of my insurance being due because the address was WRONG on the policy, as well as my zip code, my husbands name, and my email . Enid insurance was sent the notification, but they happened to overlook it until it was too late. All was fine, got it renewed after we realized the issue. Paid in full again. Never received the policy in the mail, so I called to make sure all was well. I was told they had the policy if we needed it and that everything w

Is crazy how we were treated like we were stupid. I was in a wreck and we did not have our current insurance card in the car (emailed them multiple times before the wreck), we emailed them and our rep kept sending OUTDATED and wrong vehicles, kept sending it 3 different times, saying she was sending it correctly, finally we explained, we no longer have this vehicle and now have this one, FINALLY …no sorry no my bad, nothing, she just finally sent the correct information. It was beyond frustrating and unnecessary to be treated like that. We switched literally the following week.

I'm disappointed in the fact that enid insurance agency failed to send paperwork to the insuring agency, and my mortgage insurance policy was canceled after a month of a yearly pre paid policy and could not be reinstated. So, with a new policy written up and covered only covered one month, i was short a month for a full year premium after my refund . My premium went up, and then I had to pay an extra $ 260 dollars to cover a full year to my mortgage company to keep my mortgage from raising monthly.
