Empirx Health has been absolutely awful! I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been on the phone with them several hours over the past few months after switching insurance coverage. It took months to get my daughter’s diabetes supplies and I still have not been able to get one of my necessary prescriptions filled. After several phone calls, waiting 45 minutes at a time between Empirx and the copay assistance program, Luna, they have told me I should be able to get my RX filled. I have requested a refill at the pharmacy for my RX three different times this week, only for it to be rejected again. The people I have spoken to at EmpirX and Luna said oops, the copay wasn’t applied correctly, wait a couple of hours and try requesting a refill again. This has happened 3 times so far

I am making this post solely for Kailey M. She was my agent today to navigate a prescription issue that has been persisting for almost three months and she solved it in less than 30 minutes. I will spare everyone the details because we all know how frustrating these issues can be. And while everyone at EmpiRX is always so kind, Kailey went above and beyond by calling the pharmacy on the line with me. I deeply appreciated that transparency because I was able to hear Kailey advocate for me as a patient and get the issue resolved quickly. So far, I must say they have been wonderful. I was denied a script b/c my doctor office was late submitting forms, but once they did the script was filled quickly. App is easy to use as well. My father & I work for the same company thus having the same RX insurance and they have been very helpful with my father's hard to get scripts.

I have had Felicia as my care advocate for several years and she has been amazing. She has been a huge help in navigating the pre authorization process and always follows up to make sure I have gotten the meds I need.
