My father, who is on a limited income, had his policy increased from $2,000 to a shocking $8,000 without any prior notification or assistance in finding a more affordable option. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. Having worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, I know how these processes should work. It is appalling that this agency failed to reach out to my father, a loyal customer, to inform him of such a drastic change or to offer any help.
