I was reluctant at first, but Michelle was patient in answering all of my questions, and professional! She made sure I was satisfied with the services that I received...and I'm truly appreciative for that!

State Farm sent me a bill with a much increased premium from my prior statement. Michelle Tang figured out that the reason for this was that State Farm had an incorrect reading of my odometer that was much higher than what was actually the case. She worked to see that my current statement was adjusted to accurately reflect my odometer reading. I appreciate her going the extra mile to do that (no pun intended). Kathy Axelrod
