I have tried for 30 day to get a hold of this company by phone, emails and was never able to reach them. The phone calls when I would call safeco operator computer generated said they would patch me thru to the agent. But how could they do that when I called the agency in the first place. I emailed them several times told them to cancel the policy and told them not to take the payment out of my checking account. But they did anyways. So I changed my card number so they were not getting anymore payments when I already had another insurance in place. State Farm, they also tried to reach them for me with no luck. I just want them to refund my premium that they took from my account when I told them not too.

They reviewed everything carefully and helped fix my plan with better coverage at a fair price.

I had doubts about changing insurance but my last provider wasn’t meeting my needs. This agency made the transition smooth and gave me better coverage. So glad I switched
