Horrible customer service and very few of the doctors on their website actually take their insurance. They are not remotely interested in anyone's health. My dentist told me I have to go for five appointments to get dentures but she's canceled two of them so far at this rate it'll be in the middle of next year.

Avoid at all costs!! Especially dental. I thought I made sure I had a good dental health plan. But the fine print says otherwise. They dont have a deductible so it makes you think you have a good deal but they found a loophole for the "allowed amount" which is pennies on the dollar they're horrible! DO NOT GET THERE PLAN! They will screw you over big time. Now I have a bill that's over 200 dollars for a simple cleaning and exam.

I got sick in Hawaii because I got bit by a bug. I had to go to the Dr. I was told I would be reimbursed by my health care insurance for out of pocket expenses. I got all the codes and waa told a check for $200.00 would be in the mail. I had to call get different codes, call myself ti Hawaii, and speak to numerous representatives from Emblem Health; who took no notes on screens. Tins of empty promises and I never got my money back. They said they would call me to rectify the situation and never did. Complete unprofessional and poor customer service. They do not care about helping the customer.

Horrible, good luck finding a doctor who accepts them. Customer service is like in a 3rd world country.
