Rachael and the rest of the staff have been very helpful.? She has gone above and beyond in answering my questions, making sure that needs are met and that i have the insurance protection needed. Whenever i call with an insurance need or question , she makes me feel as though i were a member of her family. State Farm and Rachael have been providing my insurance for 20+ years and have always been there for me.

Emily Riojas was extremely helpful with handling an issue I had with my autopayment. I had set up auto pay and I was blatantly unaware that the transactions were not going through, so she kindly handled my issue and resolved the complaint promptly. Her professionalism and precise communication is definitely an attribute of her's that stood out to me.

I've been a Statefarm customer since I was 18 years old. I'll be 60 years old in a couple of months. I have always received priority service from Statefarm. My original agent retired a few years ago. Emily Riojas inherited me by default of my original agent retirement. The only difference in the service is it's provided by my new agent Emily Riojas. My ENTIRE family are Statefarm customer.
