Emad Soliman: Allstate Insurance

Emad has been my Insurance agent for several years and has been very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Recently he helped me with a claim, and the claimed was settled by the end of the same day. He is always available to answer any questions and has wonderful personality. You could not find a better agent I highly recommend him. Fantastic guy! Thank you Emad!!!

When I was looking for new coverage they were VERY helpful. That ended. I've had two claims: First of all it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the local office. I called and was always transferred to somewhere national. I emailed Mr Soliman and didn't get a response from him. One claim was handled reasonably well and promptly. The other claim was a NIGHTMARE where the person handling the claim, wherever they were, was rude and incompetent. I ended up having to file a complaint on the corporate level to final get someone competent to help me. That claim was cancelled in the end. my third claim was WORSE

Switched from Liberty mutual to Allstate. Emad saved me 1000 a year. He's very accessible by email or phone. Was involved in anaccident two days after I switched and he even helped me with the claim . it's been a great experience and I cannot recommend Emad enough
