I just want to give a shout out to Amy at Elwell & Associates Insurance in Murphysboro. Everyone there is wonderful but especially her. She has been dealing with me for many years, and I know I bother the crap out of her. Especially after these last few weeks. She always gets back to me so fast, and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones 5 times. & she’s always looking out to help us find the best rates. Just a little appreciation to her and everyone at the office!

I have been a customer for many years. Help is always there when I need it. The Elwell staff responds promptly and does what they can to help. They help me get the best prices possible for the coverage I need. My questions get answered. They are up front and honest,, and don't tell me just what I want to hear. Amy Holland has handled my account for many years. She is the best. She looks out for my insurance coverage, and it's one less worry for me.

This agency has been wonderful with which to work! Not only do they handle my personal insurance needs with a phone call, they handle our business needs customized to my industry. Pretty cool that they went to the trouble to get me such a policy! Surprisingly though, they are a great source of info when I need to get something done as they have been around town and seem to know everyone! They have recommend me to suppliers and vendors.
