We have used Elliott Insurance for several years for business and home owners insurance. In the earlier years they were really great to work with, great communication, care and helping you obtain the best insurance. Now their customer service is poor, not very helpful, hard to communicate with and slow to respond to valid concerns. We have switched companies. Very disappointed.
Elliot has written my home, vehicles, and umbrella policy. They review my rates whenever I up for renewal and my agent (Neil Barnett) is a phone call away if there's ever an issue. I can't recommend them enough.
