Erin Rice was amazing had such a great experience working with this insurance agent. She was very nice, patient, and took the time to explain all my options. She helped me find a new insurance policy that was very affordable and fit my needs perfectly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for good coverage at a great price!

By far the best agent I’ve ever worked with. It seemed like a crime what I was being charged before and what she quoted me (my bill stayed consistent with said quote) as well as she made the process much easier than it normally is. This is the first time I have ever had insurance with State Farm. Luckily, I haven't had any claims with them. I didn't really care for or the drive safe and save program but I didn't really have any specific problems with it either. One thing about it is that it will lower your bill quite a bit. I just wasn't sure about what was being done with the collected data. I'm sure they have some kind of privacy thing that would take care of that but I just never checked into it. As far as the agency, they are the best. I have talked with a few different agents at Elizabeth Soots office and they all went out of their way to help me with any concern. So far I am a satisfied customer and have all of my property & casualty insurance with them.

This team is absolutely amazing to work with! They are friendly and prompt! I have multiple policies here and no matter what prices may go up or down, coverage needs may change, but the people on the other end of the phone never change!
