Elizabeth Rushefski - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had State Farm for almost 5 years and Elizabeth has been beyond wonderful. When I needed a tow truck last summer she was on the ball. I was at work so she texted me with the time for pickup and everything. She truly was amazing. And I just recently added home owners insurance and she made it simple and easy. I recommend her to anyone who needs a great agent!

Was having trouble with the bank paying home owners insurance and their representative Amy Kelly made one phone call to the bank and had it taken care of after I have made numerous calls and visits to the bank. They really do go out of their way with good service. Also a rep named Mark also helped from their office !! Highly recommend them

Absolutely the worst insurance agency I have dealt with. They changed my contact info without my knowledge and after a call and email, still did not correct it. I was misquoted on a policy premium, by a significant amount and Amy is the phone henchmen, rude, condescending and refuses to listen. Emailing Elizabeth is useless. She doesn't respond by phone or email. This is the type of agent you get when you use this company. If you use Statefarm and/or this agent, you are on your own to figure it all out. They have zero customer service skills and even less communication skills.

I've been a State Farm customer for over a decade and have had only positive experiences with this insurance company. I use state farm for my car, renters, and life insurance. Elizabeth Rushefski has been a pleasure to work with. Her office helped me sign up for life insurance for the first time and answered all my questions and I personaly enjoy being able to call every month to pay my bill over the phone when its convenient, and someone always answers and makes it's such a quick process. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience as a new client with this agency. Highly professional, supportive and empathetic. Amy asked great questions and patiently laid out my options. They were able to get me lined up with a new policy quickly, even though I was insuring a new type of electric vehicle that might have caused some obstacles with other offices/insurers.
