Gavin Williams is Awesome.Spoke to him in September about my husband's prescription plan and other questions. Called and spoke with him Friday to set up my own benefits, He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. He explained medicare ABCD to me, fully answered ALL of my questions and helped me setup what we could now, and made an appt. to help me setup the others closer to my birthday in July. He also helped me set up life insurance for my husband. Daniel Almeida was great in helping me cancel the Aetna Supplemental Insurance that did not perform timely to get me written notification of their acceptance and their policy. He contacted an Aetna Rep and stayed on the phone with me during the cancellation process, however, I still do not have the reimbursement from Aetna for an automatic withdrawal they made from my checking account. FYI: After cancelling the Aetna Supplemental Plan and staying on with Mutual of Omaha, I am so glad I did. I found out that Baptist Health, which is huge in the Arkadelphia, AR area, no longer will accept Aetna insurance. I consider this a "God-thing" and I'm so glad Aetna is not my supplement provider!

EIP Life Ins partners for a quote I can see the sales guy etc real flashy. He quoted me $5000 from American Life. 2 days later I called him to cancel acct cause wife found a cheaper payment plan through AARP for 10000 ins. That was 1 week ago. Today I called American Life/Corebridge Financial to verify if insurance was cancelled. It was not. They just cancelled it with me on the phone with them. And immediately sent out emails to me for that fact. Jose Bermudez of EIP do better for the next customer.
