I tried calling twice today, with no answer or return phone call. Not a good start for me. I want an agent I can contact... especially in the middle of the day and the middle of the week! You need to pay so.eone to answer the phone

Matt at Elite Insurance has been my local insurance guy for a few years as he seems to have a knack for getting my business the coverage it needs at an outstanding price (probably because he is an independent agent). Elite has also helped several of my client get more competitive rates on their Insurance while matching or betting coverage. In full disclosure I have done some work with Matt.

They consistently do not answer the phone or return phone calls. The office did not return my calls for multiple days when I left several messages. The dates of my calls were 09/06 and 09/07 and I asked urgently for them to call the same day. I waited all weekend and they did not call back. It was on 09/10 that I had to call back and request information. They then said I would get an email and guess what.. NO RESPONSE. Don't believe their reply on this review because it is false.
