This was my experience, they were able to get my claim paid but be aware that as soon as you sign there contract you loose total control or voice on your claim, the contractor/roofing company is the one been serve and hope you have an honest one that delivers as contracted. Communication is very limited or almost none existing even after many emails and phone calls. I personally will rather deal with a claim myself and retain some level of control. It is a big concern when a company that is been paid with your money (a percentage of the claim) will not listen, report details, progress or any special situation if any. Thank you but no thank you for any future claim, hopefully none. Elite please do better for future clients, don't forget who is legally your client.

I went through 4 or 5 different client managers, each with the same results. No returned calls and not once followed through on their commitments. Unfortunately I committed to paying them as they were very attentive at first but once the contract was signed, nothing moved forward unless I did it myself. Choosing to hire Elite Claims is choosing to do the job yourself while still paying them a 20% fee. I highly recommend you find a different public adjuster.

Wow, what a terrible "partner" to help get our roof claim taken care of with Citizens Insurance. They never called back, and answered important emails and texts weeks later. I do not believe they would have got anything done if I had not emailed over-and-over. Then to see they took 20% of the settlement for doing pretty much nothing is a just a slap in the face. I would never recommend this company under any circumstances.
