I love Element Risk Management. I had a policy with them for a short term rental until we sold it last year. We decided to change our home owners policy to Element recently, and I am very pleased with the way they help you search for what insurance is right for you. Highly recommended! Aak for Sam in the Strasburg office, she's very nice and very professional.

Originally I gave a one star review, because I called two times and no one called me back. I immediately got a call from Kelly who apologized and said the wrong number was written down and made attempts to calling the number but got no response. She was very pleasant and professional. She took all the information needed to run insurance quotes and will call me back with numbers. Thank you Kelly!

Megan was quick to respond to our first meeting. We had a number of items to discuss to include bundling insurance for our residence and cars as well as insuring a new property. Megan asked relevant questions to fully understand what we needed. She took a few days to research and was able to reduce the premium on our cars by 50% and found an excellent policy for the new property. The next time we met, Megan had all paperwork ready and answered a couple follow on questions. She is very personable and professional and we are pleased to be on her client list.
