I began working with Denise/Christine while my insurance coverage was spread across multiple carriers through a broker, which I believed would be the most cost-effective option. Denise/Christine took the time to organize all of my policies, clearly explain my coverage, and simplify everything into an easy-to-understand plan. I had an accident with my wife's vehicle. The headquarters were being headquarters. He got ahold of the adjuster and spoke sence to her. With in 15 minutes he updated me and said everything is a go. Issue was solved. Both locally and at headquarters i am happy and will keep working with them and refer others to check them out for your insurance needs. We needed to change our home owners insurance on a rather quick notice, as our current provider hit us with a huge increase. Added to the urgency was the fact we were dealing with the July 4th holiday AND we were traveling out west for a week. Through this all Denise worked with us to get us quotes (a variety of them with different options), and we also added three vehicles. Her diligence and attention to detail was outstanding.
