Becky and Kyle were super helpful and saved me a large amount of money from Geico! Switched all my insurances(home,auto, and travel trailer). Overall best experience I've had shopping for insurance.

Service has been horrible, & she will NOT answer her phone because she can't figure out how to correct her Mistake. She was informed of the death of a Client, & renewed the Policy in the name of the Deceased instead of the Co-owner (who had been listed as an additional insured for DECADES). SHE TOOK THE PREMIUM PAYMENT FROM CO-OWNER, NOT THE DECEASED. Now that the property has sold, she can't seem to get a check issued to the correct person....the one who paid the premium. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS & STILL CAN'T GET A CASHABLE CHECK ISSUED. ANSWER YOUR PHONE & FIX THIS

Becky knows her stuff. She was able to get me the best deal, was very knowledgeable, and super sweet. Her cute little baby daughter hangs out at the office, so the atmosphere is top notch too. 10/10
