Scott Lucas has continued to neglect his duties as it applies to my 403b account. After several emails (over 20), no support on his end, conducting all the leg work for my request myself and continuing to contact the company directly, I have no resolution. Scott is not only neglectful in his actions but lacks any understanding of the necessary components of the plan. After 13 days since making my request, I have zero resolution. I highly suggest not going with this company.
