Anthony was absolutely amazing! We had to get new cards and forgot to update the auto payment, which caused our policy to get cancelled. Of course, we didn’t realize it until after office hours, and the 1-888 number was completely useless—they said they couldn’t help and weren’t allowed to write two policies. I sent Anthony a text letting him know it was my mistake and that I needed it taken care of ASAP. He responded right away, told me he was already speaking with the underwriter, and within the hour had a new policy in place for us. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were covered.
