Edgewater Insurance + Real Estate

Edgewater is just smoke and mirrors. Steve Gratopp is a joke. All promises in person but when he gets back behind his computer, he is worthless and doesn't fulFILL anything but his pocket. Mary is very nice though.

My experience with Pinnacle Agency has been nothing but amazing. Whether it be for my business or personal use Pinnacle works with me. As a busy person they work hard to meet with me on my schedule. Their customer service goes beyond my expectations! I've had the pleasure of working with multiple of their employees. Each and every one is kind, helpful, and great to get along with. Highly recommend to anyone considering Pinnacle Agency.

My family moved to lexington recently, although we weren't looking to buy right away they were able to help us find a place to live even though they had no benefit from it. Truly kind and generous people because other agencies we spoke with turned us away immediately because we weren't buying. Thank you guys so much for your help, we were able to find a home!
