Eden Insurance Company

The Derecho in Aug 2020 told us a lot about insurance carriers. Eden Mutual is the absolute worst insurance company. I helped family members with claims and repairs. Going through Eden for our home has been awful, and this nightmare is still not over. They are unresponsive and slow. Left us with a giant hole in our roof and side of our house because they wouldn't accept photos. Rude on the phone. No one knows where anything is or who handles it, it is always just another department but they don't know which one. We got a roof but the roofing company is begging for our help getting documents they need. We've sent multiple emails and as of today have spent over 48 hours on phone calls with them - and still no resolution! Please don't fall for their pricing - you get what you pay for

Very helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls. Switched our car insurance to save as well. Excited to have this company as our home insurance !

Filed one claim after the Deracho and just like that dropped like a bad habit. I would call Eden more of a donation collector than a Insurance company. Good luck 😀 All the five star rating are from employees 🤣

Great people to work with. Nobody wants an insurance claim but Josh will take care of you if you have one.
