Hollie Garvin, the office manager for the Eddy Ohlenburg State Farm Agency, is the most informed and pleasant real estate agent I have ever encountered. I never had any doubts that Hollie would give me an honest assessment on how to best serve my needs. Wow, I think so highly of this agency,I am going to keep my Home and autos with them as long as possible!

Excellent Customer Service! Jennifer was very kind, helpful and patient. She explained everything very well. The quotes she did, she got them to me in a very timely manner. I went in person to start the insurance and I’m glad I did. She was so nice! The office was clean and friendly receptionist. I’m so glad we made the switch to State Farm! Highly recommend this office!!

Jennifer Reyes, has been so helpful with me in change my insurance company. She helped me pick the coverage for my cars and house that is best suited for me and my family. She is very knowledgeable and has the best costumer service skills.

I switched over from another company to State Farm. I have not submitted any claims so I cannot speak on behalf of that. However, I can speak on their friendliness and knowledge. I walked in on a Friday at around 3:00 and they helped me and answered me all of my questions, I had a lot of questions. The agent Eddy and Holli were extremely helpful. This is why we decided to switch over to State Farm.

Great company! I am glad that I switched to this company. I had been with my previous insurance for years, and they raised my auto insurance substantially! I could not believe it, even though I had been loyal to them with nothing on my record. I contacted this office and spoke to "Holli" and she was a joy to work with!
