Ed Schadler - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would give less than one star if possible. We have been loyal Ed Schadler customers for over 20 years. We have all of our life insurance, car insurance , as well as our homeowners, through his agency. We needed to file a claim. Spoke to a rep from his office, she called claims department, within an hour I received an email, that the accident was covered and our possessions would be replaced under our homeowners policy. We received a claim number and we were told to lost our lost items and bring them to the office with any receipts we have. The next day we received a call saying it WAS NOT covered. Per Ed Schadler's office they are "sorry" but they aren't paying the claim. I recommend not only finding another agent, but also consider a company other than State Farm. They accepted thousan

Have also been a customer for 20 years. Filed a claim on a car and everything was paid even the storage fee from the crooked towing company. Lesson learned if a car looks totaled have it towed to your house instead of paying outrageous storage fees.
