We were with Eck Agency for about two years. We ended up leaving because we were charged larger amounts without a heads up and a lack of communication from Eck Agency. We only use one account for insurance and since the charges were larger than expected this racked up over $100 in overdraft fees. None the less, we paid for everything to keep it current. We were not getting the emails from the insurance company because our contact information was entered into their system incorrectly. We tried contacting Kathy, she never got back to us but would send the “sorry I miss your call” texts. Another lady in the office was very apologetic and said she’d get to the bottom of things and call us back...never did. Eck Agency is by far the best insurance agency I have ever hired! There is no reason for you to search any further! They are the best insurance agency in the state of Kansas! The insurance agency I had before Eck Agency would have me wait WEEKS for a Certificate Of Insurance. My business requires Certificates of Insurance for my clients. Waiting weeks is not acceptable in my industry. When I hired Eck Agency that all changed. I receive COI's on the same day of my request. Asked numerous times to be put on auto pay agent didn’t put it through apparently. Caused lapse insurance and my rates tripled I would not business with these people
