Company has gone down hill. Be with them for 15 years and no claims. Yet my premiums have gone up constantly. To wear, I'm paying almost half less with State Farm. Who i've never worked with before. Then, when I tell them What they're doing? They're like, okay if you want us to drop you just let us know. Not trying to work with you, not trying to help you out. Not trying to keep your business and just move on. Like you just weren't their client for fifteen years. They tell you the shop for new insurance every six months.I guess they're right.Because loyalty is no longer existent with this company.

Sounds G.K. didn't have a great experience with another agent, but my experience with Anthony and James was completely opposite. Note that the following correspondence was in the afternoon for PA due to time differences, so these guys probably wanted to go home haha. Anthony is extremely responsive to calls, I've left voice messages on several occasions, and he has always gotten back to me within the hour. I knew what I wanted for life insurance, so every time we made contact, change was happening within the next business day. I had a slower (on purpose) correspondence with James. I reached out for auto/umbrella/renter's quotes, and was deciding between several vendors.
