I’m in the process of buying a home (first time buyer) and have been shopping around for homeowners insurance. I spoke with Renee and she was so pleasant to work with!! She took the time to explain details to me that other companies rushed through, she helped me compare my options, and she took the time to help me make an informed decision. Was recommended to them by a friend. I reached out to them and left a voicemail, they called me back a few hours later. Everything seemed to be going good and they wanted my email to send me questions, but then once they figured out that I was purchasing a manufactured home they did not want to give me the time of day and didn't even take my email down. Wouldn't even give me a quote.

Had no problem taking my money, but when I called to ask questions about the best way to handle an accident caused by someone else, the agent was clearly annoyed by the call and pushed to get me off the phone. They did handle one claim fairly well (a second star!), but overall the customer service is lacking to say the least. When I tried to register a new car with them, I couldn't get an agent to answer the phone. Clear that they did not want my business (only my money), so I have a new insurance company now.

The Earl Bacon Agency is a fantastic Insurance agency located in Tallahassee Florida. I was in need of new Insurance on an older home and Nic helped me. His service was top rate. He could answer any questions and was there on the phone or email when needed. Nic provided the type of service that was once the norm but now very seldom seen.
