I am writing this review out of extreme frustration with the in-person service at this agency. I have repeatedly attempted to make my payment during their advertised business hours, only to find the office closed. Every single time I go, there is a note on the door stating they will "be back in 30 minutes" or "be back in an hour." I have made a point to return after the stated time, and the office is still closed. This is not a one-time issue; it is a consistent pattern that shows a complete disregard for customers' time. If the agency's online schedule says you are open, you need to be open. If you cannot maintain those hours, you must update them online or hire adequate staff to cover them.
