We recently signed up with Egan for employee benefits and it was a very smooth process. We had to shop our insurance since our carrier for the last several years was leaving the group health benefits market. I was connected the Mike Greene, he and his team were fantastic. Being a small business navigating the regulations of employee benefits is complex. Mike brought a great level of expertise, options and solutions to us. Highly recommend Mr. Greene and his team.

I have worked with Paul for several years on our commercial policies. He often comes in with the best price and terms. He is always very helpful in explaining anything to me that I don't understand and very responsive anytime we have a claim. I recommend Eagen anytime a friend is asking for an insurance agent. My Condo association uses this agent and in order to get something changed on my personal policy my insurance company requested a letter of no loss from the HOA/their insurance agent. Erin Bergeron was the one the assignment was passed to after everyone else didn’t know what to do and she just stopped responding to my emails and said well the HOA has to do it and the HOA said the agent has to do it so in the end I did not receive the letter I requested. Very poor service. I would never hire them as my own agent and will encourage everyone I know to stay away unless they want an agent who does nothing and passes the blame to someone else.

They are not helpful will NOT RETURN CALLS. And emails. So I will go to another insurance company
