The month of May my payment with auto draft didnt go through so they call me a few days later an said the payment didn't go through an they charging me a 30 fee for NSF I said ok made the payment again with the NSF charge an they said the payment went through then a couple days later they called me back an said the payment didn't go through an that I had to pay cash. I told them I would be in the next day to make payment but I'm limited on unemployment due to pandemic. Now I have been late a fee times but I always pay them. So I'm being fair I forget sometimes an I dont always pay on time. But they called me today an I told them I can make my payment this Tuesdays when I get my unemployment check. Very snooty the lady gave me three different ways to get insurance one was expensive the next was very expensive and the third way I got less than what I'm getting now for real expensive! Once she gave me the paper I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time because I hated for her to waste her time!

Insured our camper here after it became our temporary home. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Great rate for what we needed.
