Every time I need to talk to someone here, they are always friendly, polite, and informative. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Eric, Ms. Becky, Ms. Kathy, and Mr. E. G. Warren himself and they have all been great and helpful. Thank you to the team and for your diligent efforts.

Elder lady I was on the phone with was incredibly rude. I was asking a simple question, and she had a major attitude and basically felt like she didn’t even want to be on the phone in the first place. I understand things get busy and there’s things you have to do, but that’s no way to talk to somebody, I was being nice.

I have multiple policies with E G Warren (Auto, Home, Life) and have always been extremely pleased with the service and the information provided to me by Mr. Warren and his staff. Mr. Warren as wells as his staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with whatever insurance needs that may arise with my business and personal lines. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and colleagues.

EG Warren has been my insurance agent for 18 years. More importantly, he has genuinely been a true friend during this time. We have car, motorcycle, house, umbrella, disability and life insurance polices with State Farm. EG reviews these policies with us at least annually; always making sure that we understand them and are getting the value we expect. Through multiple looses during Katrina, to a handful of claims over the years, he has always been there to represent the best interest of our family.

Been with this agent for a while now with car insurance, but more recently acquired homeowners insurance through them. I could not be more please with the service I have been provided by Sissy. I have had many set back through the home buying process, and each issue I faced that involved insurance was promptly identified and taken care of thanks to Sissy. Thank you for all you do!
