I have been with Dynamic Insurance since I have owned my first vehicle. Their customer service skills are beyond amazing! They always look out for their clients and find the best insurance deals around (based on your qualifications). I would recommend this company to anyone who is actively searching for Car or Home Insurance.

We are first time homeowners and had a hail storm last summer and had to file a claim. Long story short the roofer that dynamic recommended to us came and vandalized our roof, we then got a new roof and the travelers agent didn’t tell us how a dollar amount of how much we were allowed but he had told us a certain shingle was covered but not a certain cap of allowance just “yes” it is covered, we ended up paying much more than the deductible due to this. When we then reached out to him calling him out on his error he wouldn’t reply emails or phone calls...this was horribly unprofessional and is extremely frustrating. We are now dealing with two claims on our record due to hail and vandalism.

Very bad experience with those people They have charge me 23000$ for 6 six months as a owner operator Always they change the price Same office but the different agent they give different price with 14k difference for everything The same coverage but different amount I really don’t understand those people if you guys have money to give way go with them Now I am paying around 20k for years 0 star for this office
