Duvel Pierre - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had Duvel for 10 plus years! They have gone down hill very fast! When I bought my house 2 years ago he told to go drive around and show him where the fire hydrants were located. For 3 weeks he could not give an answer if he could insure the property! I called another agent and within 10 minutes I was told State Farm does not insure in that area. 6 months late he Tried to bill me the insurance on the house I told him I sold. Now as of last Friday I called to insure a SXS, I was told I would recieve an emailed quote, I never did. I called today and Duvel tried tell me I have no right to be upset at their terrible customer service. No wounder everytime I call it's a different person answering the phone. Your a horrible person to deal with, good bye.

If you want good insurance by really nice people, State Farm Insurance at 3710 W. Greenway Rd. is the place to go! Duvel and Cindy were the nicest people to talk too. They went over everything with us and helped with the best coverage we were looking for. They made us feel all most like family instead of customers. It was the nicest insurance meeting I think the wife and I have ever had!! They helped us with the State Farm App on our phones. They made sure everything was right before we left. As long as State Farm has employees like Duvel and Cindy we will be customers for a long time!
